At the age of 14, Jessica Bartow picked up a SLR camera for the first time. While learning photography in high school she fell in love with the medium. She went on to study photography and fine arts at the State University of New York at New Paltz, where she received her B.F.A. in Photography. After working as a professional photographer for several years she decided to continue her studies at the School of Visual Arts, where she recieved her M.A.T. in Art Education.
Jessica is presently working in commercial photograhy while teaching photography workshops. She continues to work on new documentary projects that she feels passionate about. Her work has been featured in many local and national exhibitions and publications. Her work is also included in several private collections as well.
